Who processes your data
The data controller is Mojca Vojska s.p., Kidričeva 7, 6000 Koper, Slovenia (registration number 8928916000, tax number 54626234). Sebastjan Godnič runs the Vidni services for it as a contractor. For any question about your data, write to info@vidni.si.
What we collect
What you enter in the form: business name, type, town, your name, email, phone (if given), business description, services, opening hours and photos. For your account: your email and name (with Google sign-in, the name and email from your Google account), your change requests and our email conversation. For subscriptions also billing details (company name, address, tax number). We never see or store card details; Stripe processes them.
Why
To prepare your website proposal, build and maintain your website and Google profile, let you sign in to your account, issue invoices and answer your messages. The legal basis is your consent and entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6 GDPR), and for invoices a legal obligation.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: one that keeps you signed in to your account (30 days) and one that secures Google sign-in (10 minutes). We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Who else sees it
The website and form run on our own server in Slovenia. We also store and process data with providers we need to operate: Convex (database and photos, servers in the EU, Ireland), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email) and Google (sign-in, if you choose it). All work under data processing agreements and EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long
If we do not work together after the proposal, we delete your details and photos within 12 months. While we work together we keep them for the length of the subscription. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@vidni.si. You can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
