Terms of service
Effective from 31 October 2026
1. Provider
Vidni is a service of Mojca Vojska s.p., Kidričeva 7, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, registration number 8928916000, tax number 54626234, not registered for VAT. The services are carried out by Sebastjan Godnič as a contractor. Contact: info@vidni.si.
2. Who the services are for
Companies, sole proprietors, farms with supplementary activities and others who order the services for their business (the client).
3. Free proposal
We prepare a website proposal from the details in the form. The proposal is free and does not bind you. Until the subscription is paid, the site is a proposal at demo.vidni.si and is not shown in search engines.
4. Subscription and plans
The Basic (€129 per month) and Growth (€249 per month) plans include the services described on vidni.si when the subscription starts. Building the site is included; there is no separate build fee. Prices are final. The subscription starts with the first payment, and we publish the site once we have all the details we need.
5. Payment
The subscription is paid monthly in advance through Stripe. You receive a payment receipt by email, and the provider sends the invoice separately. If a payment fails, we let you know. If it is not settled within 14 days, we may pause the site until it is.
6. Content changes
The Basic plan includes up to 2 content changes per month (text, photos, opening hours, prices). Unused changes do not carry over. Send changes from your account on vidni.si or by email; we usually make them within 3 working days. Larger work, such as new pages or features, is done by agreement and after a quote.
7. Domain
The domain is registered in the client's name, and the client pays the yearly fee to the registrar. Vidni sets it up so the domain points to your website. The domain always stays yours.
8. Content and rights
The client guarantees they have the right to use the text, photos and trademarks they send us. Text and photos remain the client's. The design, code and templates belong to the provider; the client may use them while the subscription lasts. We may show the site among our references unless the client objects.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your account on vidni.si or by email. The subscription runs to the end of the month already paid; there are no partial refunds. When it ends, we take the site off our server.
10. After you leave
Within 30 days after the subscription ends, we hand over your text and photos for free on request. You can also buy the website: you get a static copy that you can publish with another host. The price is €990 minus €40 for every paid month of subscription, and at least €290. It does not include hosting, maintenance or updates.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep sites running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
12. Termination by the provider
If the client breaches these terms (for example with illegal content or non-payment), we may end the subscription. Without a breach, we may end it with 30 days' notice and refund any unused period already paid.
13. Changes to prices and terms
We announce changes to prices or terms by email at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before they take effect.
14. Data protection
How we handle your data is described on the Privacy page (vidni.si/en/privacy).
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Slovenian law. We aim to settle disputes amicably; otherwise the court in Koper has jurisdiction.
